Fenwick Represents Pixxel in $100M Series C Funding

Fenwick represented Pixxel, the planetary infrastructure company, in its $100 million Series C funding, co-led by Temasek and Seraphim. The round also included new investor IMM Investment and existing investors including Radical Ventures, growX ventures,and M&G Catalyst. The funding brings Pixxel's total raised to $195 million.

Pixxel will use the funds to accelerate Pixxel's expansion beyond hyperspectral imaging into planetary infrastructure spanning advanced sensing satellites, Earth Intelligence software, sovereign space systems, and satellite manufacturing.
