Fenwick Represents Power in $12M Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Power, operator of a clinical trial marketplace intended to find qualified participants, in its $12 million Series A financing. The round was led by Kin Ventures and Contrary, with participation from Footwork, Artis Ventures, Air Angels, 14W, 20Growth and others.

Power will use the funds to continue building the network for life science R&D. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The transaction was led by corporate partner Thomas Kang and included associates Myles Gutenkunst and Ryan Kidman.
