Fenwick Represents Pragma in $12 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Pragma, which provides a backend solution to build online games, in its $12 million Series A financing.

The round was led by David Thacker at Greylock with participation from Zynga founder Mark Pincus, Oculus founder Nate Mitchell and Cloudera founder Amr Awadallah along with existing investors Upfront Ventures and Advancit Capital.
