Fenwick Represents Prometheus Alts in $5 Million Seed Financing
Fenwick represented fintech startup Prometheus Alternative Investments, Inc., in its $5 million seed round. The investment was led by 8VC/Joe Lonsdale with participation from a diverse set of prominent investors.
