Fenwick represented Proprio, a surgical navigation company, in its $23 million Series A financing led by DCVC (Data Collective) with additional investment from Cota Capital. Existing investors BOLD Capital Partners and Alan Frazier, founder of East Seattle Partners and Frazier Healthcare Partners, also participated in the financing.

Proprio will use the financing to expand its development teams, accelerate clinical and regulatory timelines, build commercialization capabilities, and install the first Proprio systems in leading institutions. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team included corporate partner Andrew Albertson and corporate associates Allison Cooper, Myles Gutenkunst and Jason Parkin.
