Fenwick Represents Pulumi in $37.5 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick represented Pulumi, a venture-backed startup whose mission is to enable every person to harness the power of the cloud, in its $37.5 million Series B financing. The investment round was led by NEA with participation from existing investors Madrona Venture Group and Tola Capital.
