Fenwick Represents Remitly in Pending $80 Million Acquisition of Rewire

Fenwick represented Remitly (NASDAQ: RELY), a global digital financial services provider for immigrants and their families, in its announced agreement to acquire Rewire, an Israeli-based financial services platform for migrant workers. Under the terms of the agreement, Remitly will acquire Rewire for approximately $80 million consisting of a mix of cash and stock.

The acquisition of Rewire will deepen Remitly’s relationships with customers and provide additional flexibility and convenience to its financial service products. More information can be obtained from Remitly’s announcement.
