Fenwick represented Remote, an HR technology platform for international payroll, benefits and compliance, in its $35 million Series A financing. The investment round was led by Index Ventures and joined by Sequoia Capital, with additional participation from angel investors including Aaron Levie, Zach Weinberg and Kevin and Julia Hartz. Previous investors General Catalyst and Two Sigma Ventures are also participating.
