Fenwick Represents Satelles in $26M Series C Financing

Fenwick & West represented Satelles, Inc, a California-based provider of secure satellite-based time and location services, in its $26M Series C financing led by C5 Capital with participation from Iridium Communications and existing investors.

This new investment brings Satelles' total funding since the launch of its platform to $39 million and will help the company expand its sales and marketing efforts, broaden its partner network, and accelerate product development.
