Fenwick Represents Scout RFP in $33 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick & West represented Scout RFP, a sourcing and supplier engagement platform, in its $33 million Series C financing. Scale Venture Partners led the round with participation from previous investors Menlo Ventures and NewView Capital and new strategic investors Workday Ventures and Salesforce Ventures.

Scout RFP will use the funding to accelerate the growth of sales and marketing, build product and engineering and expand its presence in key verticals such as financial services, pharma and biotech, manufacturing and healthcare.
