Fenwick & West represented Seal Software Limited, a leading provider of content discovery and analytics solutions, in its acquisition of Apogee Legal LLC, a global leader in advanced contract analytics for enterprises. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition strengthens Seal’s market leading Intelligent Content Analytics (ICA) AI solution and its global management team. Seal will incorporate Apogee Legal’s advanced analytics and legal expertise into its ICA platform to give users access to a broader and deeper set of analytics and insight.
