Fenwick Represents Slice in $25M Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Slice Global Equity, an equity compliance and management startup, in its $25 million Series A funding. This round of funding was led by Insight Partners and included participation from existing investors TLV Partners, R-Squared Ventures, and Jibe Ventures.

Slice Global Equity will use the funds to deepen its AI-native compliance infrastructure, expand product and engineering, and scale go-to-market globally. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
