Fenwick & West represented Smartsheet, a leading SaaS platform for managing and automating collaborative work, in its $52.1 million Series F financing. Insight Venture Partners led the round with participate from existing investors Madrona Venture Group and Sutter Hill Ventures, and new investor Summit Partners.
