Fenwick represented Smartsheet (NYSE: SMAR), an enterprise platform for dynamic work, in its $155 million agreement to acquire Brandfolder, a leader in digital asset management.
The combination of Brandfolder’s DAM capabilities with Smartsheet’s collaborative work management platform will create a solution that manages workflows around content and collaboration, and enable organizations to break down silos, execute more effectively, and make better decisions faster.
Closing of the acquisition is expected to occur in September 2020. More information can be obtained from Smartsheet’s announcement.
