Fenwick Represents Summit Bridge Capital in Leading Swrve’s $25 Million Series D Financing

Fenwick & West represented Summit Bridge Capital, a leading growth technology fund co-managed by Atlantic Bridge Capital and WestSummit Capital, in leading a $25 million Series D investment in Swrve, a leader in mobile marketing automation. Existing investors also participated in the round.

The funding will be used to meet increasing demand from the company’s enterprise customers, accelerate global growth and broaden investment in Swrve’s open, enterprise-grade solution.
