Fenwick Represents Suplari in Acquisition by Microsoft

Fenwick represented Suplari, a leading provider of supplier spend insights, in its acquisition by Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT).

Fenwick has served as outside counsel to Suplari since 2016, led by corporate partner Alan Smith.
