Fenwick & West represented Tala, a leading mobile technology and data science company working to change how credit scoring and financial services work around the world, in its over $30 million Series B financing. IVP led the latest round with participation from Ribbit Capital and existing investors, including Lowercase Capital, Data Collective, Collaborative Fund and Female Founders Fund (F3).
The company will use the funds to accelerate product development, expand into new markets, and build its internal team.
