Fenwick & West represented Teatime Games Inc., a social games company based in Iceland, in its $7.5 million Series A financing. Index Ventures led the round with participation from Atomico, whose games investments include Supercell, Rovio and Bossa Studios.
Founded by the creators of QuizUp, a trivia game with more than 100 million users, Teatime Games will use the financing to accelerate its vision to create mobile games that are more social and personalized through a real time communication gaming platform for mobile.
