Fenwick & West represented true[X] Media Inc., a video advertising companies that specializes in consumer engagement and on-demand marketing campaigns, in its recently announced acquisition by 21st Century Fox America, Inc. (NASDAQ:FOXA), one of the world's premier portfolios of cable, broadcast, film, pay TV and satellite assets spanning six continents across the globe. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow true[X] to work closely with Fox Networks Group to drive engagement between brands and consumers on Fox’s proprietary digital platforms.
