Fenwick Represents Truv in $25 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Truv, formerly Citadel API, an income and employment verification platform, in its $25 million Series A financing. The investment was led by Kleiner Perkins joined by NYCA, Abstract Ventures, Fathom Capital, Elefund, Soma VC and Function.
