Fenwick & West represented Tubi TV, a leading free streaming TV and movie network, in its $20 million financing. Jump Capital led the round with participation from Foundation Capital, Danhua Capital and Cota Capital.
The company will use the funds to accelerate growth and expansion of Tubi TV, including its OTT premium ad inventory.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate lawyers Mark Stevens, Faisal Rashid and Richard Sapien.
