Fenwick Represents Twin Health in $50 Million Financing

Fenwick represented Twin Health, inventor of the Whole Body Digital Twin™ precision health service, in its $50 million financing. The funding was led by Temasek, with participation from ICONIQ Growth, Sofina, Peak XV, and Helena.

Twin Health will use the funds to continue reversing, improving, and preventing chronic metabolic diseases, and expanding its groundbreaking technology and clinical service solutions for more members across the United States. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
