Fenwick Represents Umbra in $32 Million Venture Financing

Fenwick represented Umbra, a Santa Barbara-based intelligence and microsatellite technology company, in its $32 million venture financing. The venture round was led by the family office venture fund of John Burbank, founder of hedge fund Passport Capital, with participation from its existing investors CrossCut Ventures, Starbridge Ventures, Hemisphere Ventures, PonValley and others.
