Fenwick & West represented Uptake Technologies, Inc., a predictive analytics startup and industrial AI software leader, in its acquisition of Asset Performance Technologies, Inc. (APT), the world’s most comprehensive library of industrial equipment failure data. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Uptake will leverage APT’s Asset Strategy Library (ASL) to combine operational and equipment knowledge with predictive analytics to provide companies with proactive approaches to asset management that converts data into business value.
