Fenwick Represents Ursa Major in $85 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick represented Ursa Major, a rocket propulsion company, in its $85 million Series C financing. The series was led by funds and accounts managed by BlackRock, and includes investors like XN and Explorer 1, as well as existing insiders Alsop Louie Partners, Alpha Edison, Dolby Family Ventures, Space Capital and Harpoon Ventures.

The additional investment will allow Ursa Major to accelerate the production of its rocket engine programs to meet increasing demand for their Ripley and Hadley engines. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
