Fenwick & West represented Vecna Robotics, a leading workflow orchestration and self-driving forklift provider, in its $50 million Series B funding.
This round is led by Blackhorn Ventures, with participation from new investors Highland Capital and Fontinalis Partners, and additional funding from existing investors Drive Capital and Tectonic Ventures.
With double-digit annual growth forecast for the mobile robot market over the next five years, the new capital will expand Vecna Robotics' footprint and accelerate the development of new product offerings. More information about the financing can be obtained from Vecna’s announcement.
The Fenwick transaction team included corporate partner Michael Esquivel and associates Jordan Roberts, Malcolm Katz, Noah Johnson and John Clancy.
