Fenwick & West represented Veem, formerly Align Commerce, a next-generation global payments provider that allows small businesses to quickly and securely pay and get paid from business partners across the globe, in its $24 million Series B financing. National Australia Bank (NAB) Ventures led the round with participation from GV and SBI Investment Co., Ltd.
