Fenwick represented Vitally, a customer success productivity (CSP) platform, in its $30 million Series B financing. The round was led byNext47, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, HubSpot Ventures and NewView Capital.
Vitally will use the new capital to bring innovative features to the platform, hire product and engineering talent, and fuel global go-to-market expansion. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
