Fenwick & West represented Voicera, a pioneer in the artificial intelligence and productivity space, in its acquisition of Wrappup Inc., a leading app for AI note taking. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Joining forces, Voicera will continue to leverage a combination of AI technology, voice recognition, natural language processing and machine learning to power predictive highlights during meetings.
