Fenwick & West represented ZipRecruiter, a leading online employment marketplace, in its $156 million Series B financing. Wellington Management Company and returning investor IVP co-led the round with participation from other existing investors.
ZipRecruiter will use the funding to further accelerate the company’s continued growth as well as its ongoing investment in artificial intelligence (AI)-powered matching technology and mobile apps to connect more job seekers and businesses of all sizes.
