Fenwick & West Represents SeaMicro in Acquisition by AMD for $334M

Fenwick & West LLP represented SeaMicro, Inc., a pioneer in energy-efficient, high-bandwidth microservers, in its acquisition by AMD (NYSE: AMD) for approximately $334 million, of which approximately $281 million will be paid in cash.
