Fenwick Represents Liquid Death in Financing and Marketing/Sponsorship Agreement with Live Nation

Fenwick represented Liquid Death, a beverage brand packaging mountain water in sustainable cans, in its latest financing. Fenwick also represented Liquid Death in its sponsorship and marketing agreement with new equity investor Live Nation (NYSE: LYV), the leading live entertainment company. As part of the deal, Live Nation will only sell Liquid Death at many venues and festivals across the United States. Fenwick also represented the company in its talent agreements with celebrities Wiz Khalifa and Machine Gun Kelly.
