The firm actively promotes an open and inclusive work environment and commits significant resources to improving its diversity efforts at every level.

Fenwick’s strong commitment to diversity and an open workplace culture has been consistently recognized. Fenwick was also named one of the 60 best law firms for women by Working Mother and was a shortlist finalist for Chambers & Partners’ “Outstanding Firm for Furthering Diversity and Inclusion” honor as part of its Diversity & Inclusion Awards: North America 2020.
