Fenwick Partners Honored Among Top Corporate Tax Thought Leaders

Fenwick tax partners David Forst and Jim Fuller were honored as thought leaders in corporate tax by Who’s Who Legal in the WWL Thought Leaders: Corporate Tax 2019 guide. The publication recognized Forst and Fuller among the top seven lawyers in California and top eight in the western United States for tax advisory work. Additionally, they were among just seven lawyers worldwide spotlighted via additional special features in the guide.

“They are worthy of special mention owing not only to their expertise and experience advising on some of the world’s most significant and cutting-edge matters, but also their ability to innovate and inspire,” Who’s Who Legal wrote.

Fenwick’s tax group has represented six of the Fortune Top 10 companies, over 50 of the Fortune 100 companies, and more than 100 of the Fortune 500 companies in federal tax matters.

Forst focuses on international corporate taxation; and Fuller assists leading companies with a variety of domestic and international tax matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Both earn frequent recognition from other publications including Chambers USA, The Legal 500 and International Tax Review.
