Mountain View, CA (January 14, 2014)– Fenwick & West and co-sponsors Rock Health, Goldman Sachs and Silicon Valley Bank honored the Top 50 in Digital Health at an awards ceremony at the Clift Hotel on January 12. The list, which was developed by the four sponsoring organizations, is the result of months of research and collaboration and recognizes digital health insiders who led the pack in making the largest impact on digital health in 2013. From writing healthcare policy to steering corporate acquisitions to moving technology from the bench to the bedside, the 50 leaders were honored for their shared successes.
"It's hard to overstate the impact digital health ventures are poised to make,” said Fenwick partner Michael Esquivel, who led Fenwick’s involvement. “Tonight's honorees are revolutionizing healthcare and bringing innovative technologies to the market that have the power to improve the lives of millions of people. While the list of changemakers far exceeds 50, it is an honor to celebrate these individuals who are dreaming big and achieving even more. These are the people who inspire and motivate us by working to change the world for the healthier better!"
