Fenwick & West Chairman Elected to BayBio Board of Directors

May 26, 2011 (Mountain View, CA) — Fenwick & West LLP is pleased to announce that firm chairman and corporate partner Gordon K. Davidson has been elected to the BayBio Board of Directors.

As a member of the BayBio Board, Davidson joins a select group of highly-regarded industry leaders who provide guidance to the independent, non-profit 501(c)(6) trade association serving the life science industry in Northern California. Davidson's decades of experience advising emerging and established life sciences companies on their formation, funding, corporate governance and transactional matters will allow him to provide focused input regarding the issues unique to companies and organizations of this industry.
