Anand is a Technical Advisor with a background in advanced software and hardware technologies. Leveraging his prior experience as a software engineer and optical developer, along with academic training in electrical engineering, computer science, and optical sciences, Anand delivers rigorous, strategy-driven technical analysis in high-stakes disputes and strategic IP evaluations.

Anand regularly works with trial teams and expert witnesses to distill complex technical concepts into integrated, persuasive invalidity and noninfringement positions for patent litigation matters in federal courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He also assists with drafting inter partes review and ex parte reexamination petitions, as well as evaluating the technical merits of cases.

His technical experience spans high-performance computing, computer systems, databases, and networking technologies, including cable modems, optical systems, RF systems, embedded systems, and autonomous systems.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Anand was a patent engineer at an international law firm.
