Annie provides strategic counseling to emerging and high-growth technology and life sciences companies on a broad range of corporate matters. Her practice includes startup counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, securities law compliance, and corporate governance.

Annie earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. During law school, she was the symposium chair and an associate editor for the Seattle University Law Review and was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in her business entities, legal writing and contracts courses. Annie was also awarded a Trustee Law Scholarship and was elected by the law school faculty to receive the Faculty Scholarship Award. She earned her B.A. in political science and communications from Santa Clara University.
