Cameron supports technology and life sciences clients of all stages on trademark matters.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Cameron served as an attorney-advisor in the trademark group at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined trademark applications from a diverse range of applicants, including Fortune Global 500 companies and international entities, across technology, software, life sciences, and consumer industries, and practiced before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. During law school, he served as a law clerk in the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Copyright Office, where he assisted with matters before the Copyright Review Board, and as editor-in-chief of the American University Intellectual Property Brief. He also served as a student lawyer at the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic, where he worked on intellectual property licensing and enforcement matters.
