Recognized as a top securities litigator and leading woman in tech law, Catherine has a track record that includes wins in complex litigation in both federal and state court. Catherine has extensive experience representing public companies and their officers and directors in actions arising under federal and state securities laws. Most recently, Catherine secured dismissals of two federal securities class actions following the initial motion to dismiss.

Catherine represents technology companies, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, in regulatory and internal investigations into alleged accounting fraud, bribery and corruption, and whistleblower matters throughout the world. She has secured favorable results for companies in investigations brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice and the World Bank.

Catherine is a trusted advisor to public and private companies and their officers and directors on issues regarding fiduciary duties, disclosure matters, litigation strategy and avoidance and compliance matters. Her clients include leading companies in the tech, life sciences, healthcare, artificial intelligence, retail and fashion tech, games and consumer goods industries.
