Catherine has over 20 years of experience representing special committees, boards, and companies in regulatory and internal investigations. She represents technology companies, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, in regulatory and internal investigations into alleged accounting fraud, bribery and corruption, insider trading, scientific fraud, and whistleblower matters throughout the world.

Recognized as a top securities litigator and leading woman in tech law, Catherine represents technology companies, including Fortune 500 companies, boards of directors, and executives in complex regulatory and litigation matters.
