Chalaun supports established and emerging technology and life sciences clients on technology, intellectual property, and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Chalaun was an associate at an international law firm, where she advised emerging technology companies on a wide range of IP and transactional matters. During law school, Chalaun served as a student attorney in the Civil Rights and Mediation Clinic and the Entrepreneurship Clinic at Washington University School of Law.

Chalaun is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA) and the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (BWL).
