Christopher advises clients across a range of complex technologies, including telecommunications, wireless systems, networking, fintech, semiconductors, video technologies, and mechanical devices. Leveraging his technical background in physics and prior experience as a patent prosecutor with an active docket, he focuses his practice on patent litigation.

Christopher has represented clients in federal district courts, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. His litigation experience spans all phases of a case, including pre-suit investigations, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, dispositive motion practice, and hearings. He has secured favorable outcomes for clients through early-stage motion practice, claim construction, and PTAB proceedings.

In addition to litigation and patent prosecution, Christopher has experience with licensing, portfolio analysis, as well as litigation involving trade secret misappropriation, trademarks, copyrights, and related infringement disputes.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Christopher was an associate at international law firms and a boutique firm specializing in intellectual property.
