Dan represents technology and life sciences companies in a variety of litigation matters.

Before joining Fenwick, Dan worked as an intern in the Appeals, Writs, and Trials Section of the Office of the Attorney General in San Francisco. She also served as an intern for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and externed for a Colorado state representative.

During law school, Dan served as a research assistant to Dean Erwin Chemerinsky.
