Danielle has over two decades of experience counseling clients on every stage of modern discovery, from preservation and legal hold to data disposition, designing workflows that integrate advanced tools including Early Case Assessment, Technology Assisted Review, and emerging AI technologies. Danielle’s approach addresses accelerated discovery schedules and unique data sources, including mobile devices, collaborative platforms, and ephemeral data, ensuring that technical and legal considerations align with client policies.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Danielle was eDiscovery counsel at a global law firm.
