Esther advises technology and life sciences clients of all stages on corporate matters, including startup and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and securities.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Esther was an associate at a national law firm. During law school, she was an editor for Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and was the president of the Vanderbilt Bar Association. Esther also worked with The Center for HIV Law and Policy and served as a student attorney in the Vanderbilt Law School clinic. Before attending law school, she worked as an account executive at a national public relations firm.
