Kavya represents clients in the technology and life sciences industries in intellectual property matters, including global portfolio management, as well as U.S. and international trademark prosecution, trademark clearance, enforcement, and disputes worldwide.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Kavya was an associate in the intellectual property practice group of an international law firm. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mary Kay Vyskocil in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. During law school, Kavya served as an executive editor of The George Washington International Law Review, senior editor of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Brief, member of the Moot Court Board, and president of the South Asian Law Student Association.
