Meghan represents technology and life sciences companies in intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on global portfolio management, rebranding, international acquisitions, US and international trademark prosecution, trademark clearance, enforcement and disputes worldwide. Meghan also has extensive experience advising clients within the financial services, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology industries.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Meghan was an associate at a corporate and IP boutique law firm, where her practice focused on IP portfolio management and licensing, both in the United States and abroad, as well as trademark prosecution and litigation.
While attending law school, Meghan participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition, focused on trademark and unfair competition law. She also served as a judicial extern to Justice Barbara J.R. Jones, the presiding justice of the California Court of Appeals First Appellate District, and received CALI Awards for Excellence in Copyright and International Business Transactions.
