Olivia advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of litigation matters.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Olivia was a legal intern at Workday, where she worked on corporate policy, contract review, and compliance projects. She also worked as a senior consultant at IBM, where she advised client executives on IT systems mergers in the travel and transportation industry. As a consultant, she also collaborated with IBM development teams and client executive teams on customer-facing mobile applications. Additionally, she consulted with international sales teams at IBM to market internally-developed business-facing mobile applications.
During law school, Olivia was the managing articles editor for the Michigan Technology Law Review. She also served on the executive board of the Privacy and Technology Law Association and as a mentor through the Women Law Students Association. During her undergraduate studies, she earned the Bruce Newsome Leadership Award, was inducted into the Sigma Iota Rho Honors Society, and served on the executive board of the International Relations Undergraduate Student Association.
