Fenwick stands among the top 25 law firms nationwide for abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) litigation, according to IP data and insights platform Patexia’s 2025 ANDA Intelligence Report, which also features six Fenwick attorneys in high-ranking positions.
The report, which recognizes the top 100 best performing and most active Hatch-Waxman law firms and lawyers during the 5-year period from 2020 to 2025, evaluates a total of 1,373 ANDA cases, 1,892 patents, 1,574 attorneys, 200 law firms, 471 pharmaceutical companies, and 137 judges.
In addition to the firm’s recognitions, six Fenwick lawyers were also ranked in the report across various categories: partners Robert Counihan, Ryan Johnson, Laura Moran, and Jeffrey Oelke and associates Erica Sutter and Olivia Wheeling.
